Yes. Smiley Movers & Storage is fully insured and licensed with the US DOT and MC.

You can get a free quote over the phone, through a video call walkthrough, or with an in-person estimate. We offer flexible options to make it easy for you.

A flat-rate quote is based on your inventory list, the scheduled moving date, and all specific services requested. It’s a transparent pricing model with no hidden fees, taxes, or unexpected charges. The price remains fixed regardless of how long the move takes, as it is not based on hourly rates.
Please note, our flat-rate pricing does not cover gratuity, moving of unlisted items, supplies, or the packing and unpacking of boxes. These additional services can be included upon request.

Yes, we provide the certificate of insurance (COI) free of charge for as many locations as needed.

Yes, our storage is secured with video surveillance, climate-controlled, and only accessible by Smiley Movers employees to ensure the safety of your items.

No, our storage solutions are flexible. Whether you need short-term or long-term storage, you’re not required to make a long-term commitment.
Please have in mind that our storage prices can't be prorated, and they are automatically billed on your billing date provided in advance.

We wrap and protect all your items that can't fit into a regular moving box with high-quality materials, and they stay secured in the same way during storage, ensuring they’re safe throughout the entire process of transportation.

As required by the Department of Transportation, your belongings will be covered with basic coverage of $0.60 per pound per damaged item. If you’d like additional protection, our moving consultants can recommend a trusted third-party insurance company where you can easily obtain a policy.

While tipping is optional, the general recommendation for a job well done is 15-20% of the total moving cost, which will be evenly distributed among the crew. However, you are welcome to tip any amount based on the quality of service and your satisfaction with the team’s performance.

Our working hours are from 7 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. We provide moving service 365 days a year, so we're available whenever you need us!

We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability and best rates, but we also handle last-minute moves with flexible scheduling options.
